I'd like to recommend Cochon Dingue, a restaurant I visited in Quebec City, Quebec, Canada. Cochon Dingue is a chain restaurant, so there are 3-4 in Quebec City. I went to Cochon Dingue Grande Allée on the first floor of the hotel I was staying at and had a meal. I ordered the famous maple ribs and lobster pot at Cochon Dingue. It cost $85 including tip, so it's not a great value, but it was very delicious. The ribs were so soft that they melted in my mouth, and the maple sauce was so sweet and warm that it was so delicious. The French fries that came with it were also the best. The lobster pot was full of lobster, chewy, and went well with the bread that came with it. If you're traveling to Quebec City, Canada, be sure to stop by Cochon Dingue 🇨🇦♥️
