When the hairdryer malfunctioned, we informed the reception, and found a new one installed upon our return. 2. Ajay beautifully prepared the room for my wife's birthday celebration, making it extra special. The hotel's location is ideal, nestled in a stunning, secluded bay. The hotel staff deserve the highest commendation. Upon arrival, the reception team guides guests seamlessly through the premises, highlighting attractions and available services, all done in a gracious and low-key manner. The restaurant plays soft, soothing music, and dishes are presented with elegance, reflecting a fine dining standard. The varied all-inclusive menu offers a range of sophisticated choices to suit every taste, along with a daily special dinner menu crafted by the chef. Much appreciation goes to Daren, Amar, and Sylvana. The hotel ambiance is quiet and refined. The lobby bar features a varied drink selection crafted by skilled bartenders. The beach receives daily cleaning, complimented by night security. The infinity pool, offering stunning views, is also tidied early each morning. The beach bar provides friendly service, with Beach Boy Thierry ensuring guest satisfaction. The hotel retails luxury cigars, though I'm uncertain of their quality. The only downside for me is the lack of designated smoking areas. As a non-smoker, I'd rather not be exposed to smoke.
