Qionghai - The Most Beautiful Island City

Hainan has a seaside town that rivals Sanya in its ocean views, offers affordable seafood, and yet is almost devoid of tourists; it is Qionghai. ✅Route: Meng Caiyuan ➡ Tanmen Fishing Port ➡ Paigang Village ➡ South China Sea Museum ➡ Red Stone Beach ➡ Boao Forum (Jade Belt Beach/Duty-Free Shop) ➡ The Story of the Sea ✔Meng Caiyuan: Here you can see the clean and clear glass sea, and cars can even drive to the beach for camping. ✔Tanmen Fishing Port: The seafood market at the end of Tanmen Port is said to be the place with the best value for seafood in all of Hainan. We chose green crabs, shrimp, abalone, snails, and fish that day, and it cost less than 200💰 (there are places nearby for processing), a price you wouldn't dare to imagine in Sanya. ✔Paigang Village (can be located to the diving and fishing experience base) Paigang Village's beach was one of the filming locations for 'The Band's Visit'. The beach has a seawall leading to the ocean, featuring the 'Anywhere Door' of the seaside, the same check-in spot as the TV series a lighthouse, a pink boat, and various photo props. The open-door sea view photo spot is very photogenic. The beach is clean and fine, suitable for lazing around. ✔South China Sea Museum (🕑9:00-17:00) A national first-class museum, free admission, official WeChat reservation required in advance. It is divided into north and south buildings, with three floors in total. There are 10 exhibition halls, with themes including human history, natural ecology, maritime relics, and salvage archaeology technology. The design of the exhibition halls and the digitalized displays are very thoughtful and beautiful. ✔Red Stone Beach: The stones here are red, and the sea is quite ordinary. We went there because we heard that you can watch the coconut palm sunset, and the sunset is indeed beautiful. ✔The Story of the Sea The Story of the Sea is a seafood bar with a large venue, all made from abandoned fishing boats. The seaside dining tables and viewing platforms are truly beautiful, with a view at every step!
