This design ties it to the eternal existence of nature. The upper section, the sanctuary itself, stands proudly amidst the mountains and waters, embodying a sense of grandeur and righteousness. A standout feature is its walls and a tower made of dozens of spaced aluminum ribs. A series of soft curves are scaled along the spatial sequence, forming a restrained cavity. Its baseline relationship continues the traditional basilica form while exuding a strong sense of fluidity. In three dimensions, these curves create a futuristic and even eternal state. This softness contrasts sharply with the external rigidity, creating a visual interaction between the interior and exterior. 💭Design Concept: "To create a modern icon, we needed to design a pure form that still evokes the archetype of a church." "Thus, during the design process, we integrated various vernacular facades of traditional churches. The resulting basic volume is expressed through a series of slices." From different angles, the chapel offers varying visual perspectives. Inside, the arched dome creates a sense of "returning." It's a perfect spot for photography, ideal for family, friends, or wedding shoots.
