This is a well-known local chain in Qingdao, and the overall service is quite good! This restaurant has been on the must-eat list of Dazhong Dianping from 2021 to 2024. The environment is also quite special. The Jiuzhuan large intestine has no offal taste, and the cooking time is just right. There are no excessive flavors that suppress the taste of the dish itself, but it is still a bit lacking compared to the Lu cuisine restaurants in Jinan. The stir-fried pork belly with squid, called 'haitu' in Qingdao, reduces the fishy smell by pairing pork belly with seafood and using a sauce stir-fry method, enhancing the flavor! The tendon meat skewers are grilled here, very chewy with a fresh meat taste. However, the only downside is that they are electrically grilled! The Qingdao potstickers are very good, with a crispy outer skin and juicy filling. The filling, a mix of seafood and meat, is also well-prepared. The clam dumpling soup is different from the one in Beijing, not the tomato kind. The dumplings are cooked just right, not raw, and the ingredients include seafood. The whole bowl of soup is very fresh, but the only drawback is that it is too salty. Although I noted less salt, the manager still offered to remake it for me. I declined the offer as I didn't want to waste food. After all, the taste preferences vary from place to place, and the chef worked hard on it. I am still satisfied with their service attitude.
