I recently had the chance to visit Qingdao, a captivating city on China's eastern coast. The stunning coastal scenery and beautiful beaches like Qingdao Beach left a lasting impression on me. The picturesque coastline, with its golden sands and crystal-clear waters, offered a perfect backdrop for relaxation and enjoying the ocean breeze. As well all the fantastic instagrammable scenery made it a plus for picture lovers like myself. Qingming Festival is coming up! Wondering where you can go for a 3-day trip that won’t cost an arm and a leg? Look no further than Qingdao. Only a short flight away from Shanghai, Qingdao is a city that was briefly occupied by the Germans in the 1890s. Due to the German occupation, this city is now famous for 2 things - its unique architecture in the old city center and Tsingtao beer! While it might not seem like 3 days is much time to get anything accomplished, you can actually see a lot in Qingdao. You can hike Laoshan and to be rewarded with stunning mountain views. The Tsingtao factory is also a must-visit to learn about the history of one of China’s most popular beers.
