⛱️ Lang Zhong Island has only 3⃣️ hotels 🏨Summerbay / 🏨Sari Pacifica / 🏨D’coconut and 1⃣️ guesthouse 🏠Dewati 🏨Summerbay and 🏨Sari Pacifica Resort are adjacent on the west side of the island. 🏨D'coconut and 🏠Dewati are on the south side of the island. Both beaches on either side have nice scenery, connected by a small path that takes about five minutes to walk from one side to the other. (See map 8 for the path location) 🏨Details🔎 🏨Summerbay offers the best conditions and the highest prices. They charge per person for all-inclusive packages covering food, accommodation, and activities. Most guests are Chinese or Chinese-speaking, and many staff speak Chinese. If you don’t want to plan your own trip and have a sufficient budget, this is a good choice. Extra bookings for island hopping and snorkeling activities are relatively expensive; for example, seeing sea turtles costs 200 RM per person, with half price for children. 🏨Sari Pacifica Hotel, Resort & Spa Lang Tengah was once the largest and most luxurious resort on the island. Actor Eddie Peng filmed a movie here. The overwater bungalows have been removed. The resort is older, and some facilities are a bit outdated. You can book all-inclusive packages or just rooms separately. 🏨D’coconut offers the best value for money. Room conditions vary greatly by type. The special offer rooms on most OTAs are usually the worst rooms, while upstairs rooms or front-row standalone units are better. You can confirm with the hotel before booking. Both all-inclusive packages and room-only bookings are available. ☕️Breakfast is buffet style but with limited variety. The most popular item is the pancakes 🫓, which run out quickly but are replenished promptly. If you don’t book an all-inclusive package, you can order à la carte; prices are reasonable and the food tastes good. The hotel manager speaks Chinese and can help book car and boat tours, day trips, and private boat charters. The food is good.
