Xiao Long Bao: Soup-filled dumplings that burst with savory broth. Crab Dumpling Soup: Dumplings filled with crab and shrimp, served in a flavorful broth. Steamed Bamboo Roll: Rice noodle rolls filled with various ingredients, such as shrimp or pork. Deep Fried Crispy Yam Dumpling (Wu Gok): Crispy exterior with a creamy yam and minced pork filling. Fried Shrimp Dumplings: Crispy on the outside, filled with tender shrimp. Fried Radish Cake: Savory radish cake pan-fried to a golden brown. Portuguese Egg Tart: A must-try dessert featuring a flaky pastry crust filled with smooth, creamy custard (this is a MUST-TRY!!)
