Rong Naeng Temple

There is an old temple in the Tai Lue style, which still maintains its original appearance. It is 8 rooms long and 3 rooms wide. In front, there is a hall. The roof is in the form of a gable. The roof has two levels, leaning and covering low, covered with a pedestal or wooden tiles. The upper part of the temple is called a gom, similar to the Khu Ma Tang Mai system. The pediment is decorated with carved wood with a curved stem pattern, carved with the image of a deity. The wooden panel under the gable, called a kong kiw, is decorated with a curved stem and elephant pattern. The front gable of the bird wing is decorated with the same curved stem pattern. The swan's tail is made of wood, carved in the form of a naga head. The roof is covered with wooden tiles called a pedestal, a kanthuay or nagatan, carved in the form of giants, monkeys, garudas, and mythical animals, painted. There are 2 rows of 6 pairs of main pillars. The pillars are made of round wood, decorated with long lotus petals.
