The ruins of Syracuse, Sicily

Syracuse, a seaside town in Sicily This is one of the towns I visited on my trip to Sicily. The Greek amphitheater is beautifully preserved and is a masterpiece!! It was built in the 3rd century BC, and I think it's amazing that it still remains to this day. There are many other ruins and old streets and ruins in Sicily, and they are worth seeing. #retrotownscape
