Hong Kong food 🍀 Heart Izakaya hidden in the alley of Prince Edward

I saw this izakaya introduced on a YouTube channel, so I came over to try it. The restaurant is hidden in an alley, with lanterns hanging along the road, making you feel like you are on the streets of Japan🏮🏮 The restaurant focuses on Japanese skewers, all grilled to order, my favorite of which is the minced chicken sticks with fresh eggs. The chicken sticks are solid in texture, all kneaded by the master on the spot and then grilled from raw, very few restaurants still insist on making them, mostly taking stock or pre-steaming, the taste is certainly far worse. The chicken sticks are stirred into the chicken cartilage to add a crispy texture. The other skewers were grilled just right, and the chicken cartilage and gravy grilled chicken and onion rolls were good. 🐗 I love the beef tongue heart, crispy and juicy, with a slight charcoal grilled flavor.
