Hectic Senior Travel: Czech Republic, Prague, Part 1

The next morning, we took another FLIX bus to Prague. The journey took about two and a half hours. Long-distance buses can be nerve-wracking before boarding, but they’re convenient since there’s no need to transfer, and they’re affordable too! As the scenery gradually became more urban, we arrived in Prague. Prague Central Station is quite beautiful. We headed straight to the hotel. While countryside-style cute hotels have their charm, I personally prefer clean, modern hotels in the city! Haha. This time, we chose a hotel located about a 5-minute walk from Muzeum Station (Museum Station). It was easy to find and within walking distance, which made it a great choice. We booked a Junior Suite, which was spacious enough to make our stay feel luxurious. The bathroom was clean, and it even had a bathtub—absolutely perfect. The exterior of the hotel was so grand that it didn’t even look like a hotel. The front desk staff were also very kind. I’d love to stay here again, but it’s so far away!
