I happened to be strolling near the Petrská věž clock tower and accidentally discovered this Japanese restaurant "Hanabi Sushi House". The chef at the bar was actually Japanese. Without saying a word, I sat down and ordered! The atmosphere of Hanabi is a bit of a mix of Japanese and Chinese styles, but it has an authentic Japanese itamae bar, where the fresh ingredients are clearly visible, and the sashimi and scallops are plump and tempting. Let's start with a draft beer and mixed sushi! The sushi platter includes traditional Japanese nigiri, flower sushi, and Western avocado rolls. Compared to the standards of European Japanese restaurants, Hanabi's performance is quite good. It is delicious and has a wide range of dishes. In addition to sushi and sashimi, tempura, sukiyaki, hot pot, fried dumplings, and sake are all available. I saw a foreign couple. Maybe it was their first time here and they didn’t know the portion size, so they actually ordered a sushi boat! As soon as the food was served on the table, his female companion was scared on the spot. There were 50 different kinds of sushi on the boat. The boy had no choice but to accept his fate and eat hard. It was an interesting episode. The price is a little bit expensive, but after all, it is a popular Japanese sushi restaurant. The overall dining environment and taste quality are excellent. It is one of the top sushi restaurants in Prague. If you want to eat, remember to make a reservation in advance.
