Porto, Portugal, Full of Charm

Visiting Porto in winter was colder than I expected, with many overcast days. However, on the days when the weather was good, the skies were incredibly clear, and it wasn't too cold for winter. At first, I wondered if the old buildings might mean there wasn't much to see, but the aged charm of the tightly packed structures with narrow entrances created a unique character for Porto. The city isn't very large, making it easy to explore, though the hilly terrain means it's helpful to plan ahead. I struggled a bit because I didn't know I needed to go to the second level of the Dom Luís I Bridge, but that turned into a new experience and helped me better understand the city's layout. Seeing locals living in the steep areas where tourists rarely venture made me wonder how they navigate such places daily. Porto is a city of romance. Although I was too tired to enjoy the nighttime views of the alleys, the city still exudes charm. The views from spots overlooking the bridge and Ribeira Square are particularly stunning. The green wine made in Portugal added to the city's emotional allure. ❤️❤️
