Borderline between Spain and France.

Due to the impact of the Russo-Ukrainian War, prices have skyrocketed in Spain, with fuel prices doubling and gas prices increasing several times over, not to mention essential items such as food, all of which have seen significant price increases, causing the people to complain about their government. The Spanish government has also introduced some policies to benefit the people, such as reducing some taxes and helping to lower the cost of living. As a foreigner like myself, tax reductions have little impact on me personally, but I am very pleased with one policy they have introduced, which is that suburban trains in Spain are now free. This means that I can use my days off to take the train and explore different places, and visit places that I wanted to go to before but couldn't justify spending 20 or 30 euros on train tickets. Today's weather is nice, so I took the RG11 suburban train to France, because the train terminal of this line is located in the French town of Cerbère, which is adjacent to Spain. After wandering around Cerbère for a few hours, I followed the route of the Spanish Republicans who fled to France and returned to the Spanish town of Portbou, experiencing the taste of exile firsthand. Of course, because EU countries have opened their borders to each other, there are no longer armed soldiers guarding this road, only some dilapidated checkpoints and customs checkpoints remain. Even the border line painted on the road has only a symbolic mark left on both ends. Portbou·Port Bou
