About 2 hours north of Sydney in the heart of the Hunter Valley wine region, Hope Estate is more than just your usual cellar door. Address - 2213 Broke Rd, Pokolbin NSW 2320 Getting There - self drive the M1 from Sydney and follow the Wine Country signs. There are also a lot of tour operators that will do the drive for you. Attractions - Winery, brewery and distillery all in one. Hope estate offers generous tasting options of their homegrown wine and paddles of their own beers and gin/vodka. Hotels - We stayed at the nearby Mercure Hunter Valley but there are lots of options in Pokolbin and beyond. Food & Restaurants - Hope Estate of a small and simple menu but the pizzas were fresh and delicious and definitely hit the spot while tasting.
