Returning from a trip to Pingtan Island, my phone's photo album is bursting... 🗺️ Itinerary Day 1 (North Route: Windmills and the Sea) Xianren Well—Jingsha—Shanmenqian—Beigang Village—Road to the Sea (Little Kamakura)—Island Ring Road—Changjiang'ao—Beibuwan Day 2 (South Route: French-Style Beaches) Longwangtou Beach—68 Nautical Miles—Tannan Bay—Qishao'ao—Yuehai Bay—General Mountain 🔥 Must-Visit Spots ✅ Longfengtou Beach: Perfect for sunrise views, with clean sand. Occasionally, you might spot the magical "blue tears." ✅ Xianren Well: A black sand beach that's photogenic even on cloudy days—no filters needed (requires an entrance ticket). ✅ Island Ring Road: Driving along this road is incredibly relaxing, instantly putting you in vacation mode. ✅ Jingsha: A black reef beach ideal for atmospheric photos. During low tide, there's a cave that's also very photogenic. Similar to Xianren Well but no entrance fee. ✅ Changjiang'ao Windmill Field: A romantic beach where you can previously set off fireworks at night. During sunset, the sunlight reflecting on the winding water and white sand is absolutely stunning. A must-stop spot (paid parking available). ✅ Tannan Bay: Features multiple beaches with white sand, plenty of parasols, and colorful sofas for lounging—very Instagram-worthy. Yuehai Beach is less crowded. ✅ Qishao'ao: Fine, soft sand, shaded trees, free swings, and crystal-clear water—perfect for photos! 🍡 Pingtan Local Snacks: 1.
