Put cho shrine

During Oct festive season, Phuket will be celebrating the Nine Emperor God Festival. Hence the place would be full of joy and blessing. There are many Chinese taoist temples in Phuket, hence a visit around the various temples enables us to learn more about their culture and traditions. The Put Cho Shrine is the oldest temple in Phuket with more than a century history. A walk inside the temple will make you feel at ease. Admission is free for all to come in. Do remember to remove your shoes when going into the temple. The temple opens from 8am to 8pm daily. They will cook some vegetarian dishes at times on special occasion period. Do join them along as they are friendly and kind people. Do book a driver to come to this place as the place is not easily accessible by buses, and a one way trip from hotel in the city area to the temple might not be worth spending. #bucketlistreboot

Central (PATONG)

Getting There: Located in the heart of Phuket City on Wichitsongkram Road, Central Phuket is easy to reach, and is accessible from two main roads: Wichitsongkram Road and King Rama 9 Road. Visitors can also easily travel to Central Phuket by public transportation via the airport bus, Phothong Vehicles, and the Patong Bus. Attractions - Central Phuket is connected to Central Floresta, which is on the other side of the road and connected by a footbridge, making it effectively one giant shopping complex.
