The first thing to praise about this hotel is the staff—they are incredibly friendly and provide excellent service. Truly adorable! The hotel is located on Kamala Beach, which is a quiet and peaceful area, perfect for relaxation. Before reaching the hotel entrance, there are several supermarkets nearby for convenience. Since the hotel is situated on a hillside, transportation within the property requires calling for a shuttle service. However, the wait time is minimal, and the service is available 24/7. All rooms face the beach, but rooms on the first floor may have obstructed views due to trees. The hotel has only one swimming pool, but it is massive, spanning 50 meters in length, and offers a great atmosphere. While the hotel is by the sea, there is a road separating it from the beach. Swimming in the sea is possible, except during the monsoon season. During my stay, most guests were foreigners, with very few Thai visitors. The hotel features a kids' club, making it ideal for families with children—guaranteed fun for the little ones! The fitness center is spacious and well-equipped, and there’s also a spa available. The breakfast buffet is an absolute must-try! It offers a wide variety of dishes, including Thai, Chinese, Western, and Indian cuisines. The hotel has four restaurants, all serving delicious food at standard hotel prices. For those who enjoy drinks, don’t miss Casa Boho. The ambiance is fantastic, with three floors, each uniquely decorated. It’s open from evening until late at night, and reservations are recommended for the best views. For anyone looking to change up their vacation experience in Phuket, staying on this side of the island is highly recommended. You can enjoy a relaxing stay within the hotel without needing to venture out. The area is not crowded, though it’s a bit far from popular city restaurants. However, Porto de Phuket, which is nearby, offers plenty of great dining options. This hotel is definitely worth considering for your next stay in Phuket!
