Japanese cuisine is consistently refined, but each bite offers a little surprise~ The freshly cut sashimi has beautifully distributed fat that melts in your mouth; the seared sushi carries a slight char aroma, and the rice has the perfect balance of sweet and sour! While preparing the dishes, he patiently introduced each one's ingredients and preparation methods. The chef is Thai, has studied in Tokyo and Hokkaido, and even chatted about Chiang Mai's winter snow❄~ Before we left, he wrote on a seashell🐚 as a souvenir and let our little one write on one too, which we successfully brought home!
