Upon arrival, our attentive waiter took us on a tour of the restaurant's ingredients, explaining the chef's philosophy - zero waste, using every part of the ingredient to minimize waste; and invasive ingredients, utilizing uncommon and environmentally unfriendly ingredients. We were very impressed by this. Each dish is crafted using local Thai ingredients in a unique way. The menu changes with the seasons, so you can check it online before making a reservation. Every dish is a delightful surprise, proving that fine dining in Thai cuisine can be both delicious and high-quality. The waitstaff are knowledgeable about the preparation and ingredients of each dish. One memorable dish had a rich shrimp flavor, made from shrimp heads and shells, truly embodying the zero waste philosophy 😱 The overall dining experience was very pleasant.
