The familiar menu includes many dishes such as sour curry with sand fish, stir-fried sweet clams with holy basil, fried pork belly with lime leaves, and squid in black sauce, stir-fried morning glory with eggs. But there are also unfamiliar dishes that are surprising to me, even as a real Phuket person, such as: ✅ Stuffed fish (70 baht each) is mackerel with the meat removed and mixed with fried fish cake ingredients.
