Phetchabun's Royal Monastery

🏚 Wat Phet Wararam, a third-class royal monastery, was initially constructed in 1954 by renovating the abandoned Wat Phra Kaew, bringing it back to life with resident monks. 🏡 In 1956, a generous donor provided land to establish Wat Phet Wararam, located just a few meters from Wat Phra Kaew. The necessary permissions were obtained, and the temple was officially established in 1958.
