Focusing on the Awe of Sunrise/Sunset

Seeing the heart of Australia, Uluru, with my own eyes, I realize no photo can truly capture its breathtaking presence. As the first rays of dawn (or: the last hues of twilight) touch the monolith, it transforms within minutes from ochre and orange to a fiery red. In that moment, time seems to stand still, and all that's left is silent awe and wonder for this ancient, billion-year-old formation. #adventuremoments#uluru
