Unbelievable Topiary in a quaint seaside town.

Alexandra park is a beautiful park just off the main street in Penarth, Wales - it’s a great way to walk from the town center to the seafront. It contains a main path and a few smaller paths that wind down the hill through the beautiful landscaped gardens, the gardens feature beautiful topiary displays that the garden is famous for. The paths are very wide and some go through the wooded areas, so for hot days you are able to walk from top to bottom in shaded areas. There are plenty of places to sit and there is a small childrens play area half way down, during hot days there is an independent coffee vendor that sells hot and cold drinks. The park also features Penarth’s main war memorial dedicated to those who served or fell during the two World Wars, the cenotaph itself is a listed historical monument.
