I went to Penang Hill around 3 pm, no need to queue and could go straight up. Importantly, when coming down, it's best to queue up half an hour in advance. We didn't know, and when we wanted to go down, we were told to take a number first, and only after getting the number could we go down. 2. The airport in Penang is super small, including checking in luggage, it can be done within 20 minutes.
