Searching for whale sharks at Koh Ran Ped Ran Kai, Chumphon Province

I don't often go to the sea, especially the southern sea. This is the second time in my life. With little time, we went for only 3 days and 2 nights without thinking much. We chose to book with Joke Koh Wiang Diving, diving at Koh Ran Ped, Koh Kai. It can be said that this is another very impressive trip. The price is reasonable and they take very good care of us. The accommodation we got from the package is Chom Le Restaurant, which is a restaurant and accommodation in the same place. In front of the room, we can sleep and listen to the sound of the waves. In the morning, Brother Joke came to pick us up at the accommodation to go diving. Let me tell you in advance that the tour cannot guarantee that we will see a whale shark. Let's just say that the whole team and the tourists are excited. 😆 Let's start at Koh Ran Ped first. Chill out, look at sea anemones, look at fish, take pictures, forget the time. The sea anemones are very beautiful. Then we went to Koh Ran Kai. We arrived almost noon. And the peak was Koh Ran Kai. At noon, when the boat captain said that there were 2 whale sharks, that's all. The staff quickly rushed to lead them. One person went to check to make sure. As for us, we floated up. At that moment, there were many emotions. We saw a whale shark at a point quite far from us. We had to swim upstream to find it. We were excited, happy, and almost cried, but we were also tired and discouraged. After a while, the captain said there were 3 of them. I thought to myself, what if we didn’t see even one of them? Isn’t it my fault? 5555555555 Finally, we saw them with both eyes. It was so worth it. We saw 2 of them. Even though we didn’t get a photo together, we were like, “Scream!” We were so happy. Phi Joke and his team dragged the tour group as hard as they could. The whale sharks have been here for so long, my tour group must not miss it. And don’t worry about not having any photos while diving. The team took photos from every angle. Even someone like me who can’t swim well, we got some really chill photos. Lunch was also packed for this trip. The package included a stop at Koh Yo to eat to recharge our energy. There were crabs, shrimps, three-flavor fish, and sour curry. I forgot to take a photo because I was too busy eating. However, if you are allergic to seafood, they will prepare other food for you. There is no way it would not be worth it. There is a viewpoint to take photos at this point. You can walk around Koh Yo, but we chose to continue eating. 55555555555555 Chumphon is not just a pass-through. Our first time in Chumphon was amazing. We saw a whale shark. The atmosphere was good. It was still a local atmosphere. No bright lights, no chaos.
