Review of Paris' 'Promenade Plantée'

The Promenade Plantée is a repurposed section of the Vincennes railway, which operated from 1859 to 1969. In 1988, it was transformed into a green urban walkway, officially opening in 1993 as the world's first elevated park. It even inspired later projects like New York's High Line. The walkway features a variety of plants, including rose arches, bamboo, azaleas, and plum trees, all arranged along the former railway tracks.
