Delicious Aligot Restaurant in Paris

I visited a restaurant called 'Ambassade d’Auvergne' in Paris, France. This is a place where you can enjoy delicious aligot, a traditional dish from the Auvergne region of France. Aligot is a mashed potato dish made by mixing cheese and potatoes. I made a reservation online on the day of my visit. The meat was tender and paired perfectly with the aligot. Although I wanted to try their famous chocolate mousse, I was too full from the aligot to have dessert.
