Desaru Ostrich Farm

Address: Jalan Telok Ramunia, Kampung Changi, 81600 Pengerang, Johor, Malaysia Highlights: The farm is located behind houses, in case you are surprised by the location. Quite spacious with several containment areas where the ostriches are kept. From the eggs, babies and grown-ups. The entrance fee is reasonable and food for feeding the animals only cost RM2 per bundle. There were free-roaming ostriches and they had their own names. I particularly like Lulu and Lily. I enjoyed feeding them, the calmest ostriches I have ever met. You also get to stand on the real ostrich eggs, they won't break! Other animals like chickens, rabbits, guinea fowls and horses are available too. Good for both kids and adults. The farm was clean and well maintained. Staffs were friendly and informative too.
