Healthy Salmon Salad: beautifully presented salmon salad with a variety of vegetables, including pomelo, avocado, lemon, and fragrant grilled salmon. Pesto Salmon: a rich sauce served with salmon. Lacol Ribeye/Lacol Wagyu Rumb: two large, thick steaks, each cut of meat, served with mashed potatoes, various stir-fries, and fried onions. Both dishes are delicious. Finish with Coconut Crème Brulee, served in a coconut. It was another truly memorable meal, both the food and the atmosphere. It was a great value.
