One of the greatest monuments in the history of bullfighting is located in the center of Seville. The bullfighting arena began to be built in 1761, but construction was not completed until 120 years later. The architectural style of the building is late Baroque, typical of the second half of the 18th century. It is much more than just a bullfighting arena. It is one of the most valuable and symbolic architectural ensembles of the Andalusian capital.
