Norway: Immersing Myself in Munch at the Munch Museum! 🎨🇳🇴

#summervacay Alright, art lovers, if you're hitting up Oslo, the Munch Museum is an absolute must-see! Getting there is super easy: just hop on the R12 from Oslo Airport, and in about 20-ish minutes (if the train's on time!), you'll be at the Central Station. The best part? The Munch Museum is literally steps away from there – a quick few minutes' walk! 🚶♀️💨 And hey, on your way from the Central Station, you can make a delicious detour for some amazing Japanese ramen! 🍜 The place is called Koie Ramen Munch Brygge (you can easily find it on your map). It's about 200+ NOK a bowl, which is roughly €18 – a bit pricey, maybe, but honestly, the taste is phenomenal! Highly recommend fueling up there! 🤤 My recommended way to explore the Munch Museum: Head straight to the 4th floor! That's where you'll find Munch's most famous works and, of course, get to check out "The Scream." Fun fact: there are 4 versions of "The Scream," and three of them are right here at the Munch Museum! They keep them together, but due to conservation efforts (or maybe just to build suspense? 🤔), it's super dark in there, and they only illuminate one at a time. They do switch them out randomly every so often, which is pretty cool!
