Tourist spots are nice, but how about a relaxing winter trip to the Norwegian countryside once in a while? Surrounded by Nordic interiors, I made cream soup using salmon I bought at the supermarket. It feels luxurious to have time to relax away from busy daily life. When I walked in the quiet forest nearby, I met some horses that were also walking.
