#JapanTravel Shirakachi Robata was such a great experience! 😍 It was the best place to taste authentic Japanese cuisine using fresh Okinawan ingredients. 🍱🍶 Okinawan Yam Potato Dumpling in Fish Stock had a soft and deep flavor, and Shirakachi Style Bitter Gourd Salad had a refreshing and unique flavor. Chilled Somen Noodle with Sponge Gourd and Cooked Okinawan Agu Pork Miso had a refreshing and savory flavor. 🥗🍜 In particular, Straw Broiled Bonito had an impressive unique roasted aroma and flavor, and Shiitake Mushroom with Minced Meat and Seasonal Vegetables had a harmonious texture and flavor. Clear Soup with Local Vegetables and Kombu-Seaweed had a clean flavor and was a good palate cleanser. 🍄🍲 The atmosphere of the restaurant is decorated with a traditional Japanese interior, giving it a very comfortable and luxurious feel. 🏯✨ The staff was kind and attentive, which made the meal even more special. 😊👘 If you want to have a special culinary experience in Okinawa, I highly recommend Shirakachi Robata!
