Shirakawa Park

#okinawatrip It's located in a residential area. There are slides, a sandbox, a basketball court, and a skating area, as well as spring water and a pond. When we visited, many children were swimming and playing in the water. The area next to the pond is cool even during the day and you won't feel the heat. It's not a very big park, but the pavilion has table benches, water, and a lawn, so you can take a break while letting your small children play. However, Kadena Air Base is nearby, and depending on the time of day, you can hear the loud noise of fighter jets.
