Snowy Forest Spa Resort Breakfast

I was shown to a window seat and enjoyed breakfast at the forest spa resort. I could choose from three courses: Japanese, Western, and soup curry. All the courses were appealing, but I chose soup curry because it is unique to Hokkaido. I thought curry might be a bit heavy for the morning, but it was light yet spicy and very appetizing.
