An 800 meter climb up steep iron steps will lead you to one of the most impressive places you'll ever see. Atop the Wat Chalermprakiat, you'll be above the clouds and can enjoy a 360-degree view of the mountains and Lampang's green landscape. all I can think about is how did the monks do this every single day? How was all of those materials brought up there to build this temple in the first place? It is truly a remarkable sight to behold. There are no words to adequately describe this most incredible temple which is 2400 feet up in the mountains of Lampang Thailand. Better to have good shoes and be in shape as this is a serious hike.
