"Breakfast bowl, dinner bowl" Kuay jap from Nonthaburi

Today we accidentally found this shop. "Chao Cham Yen Cham" Kuay Chap Muang Non is a shophouse located behind Central Rattanathibet. Walking through the shop, we were struck by the sign that said "Jingjuchai". So we wanted to try it. I believe many people may not know what "Jingjuchai" is. It is a type of green leafy vegetable that is quite difficult to find. It is usually added to pork blood soup. This shop has thick Kuay Chap, clear Kuay Chap, pork blood soup, and roast pork and crispy pork rice. We ordered 2 dishes: thick Kuay Chap with Jingjuchai and roast pork and crispy pork rice. Both dishes were delicious. The Kuay Chap had a rich flavor and a fragrant aroma of spices. Another dish was roast pork and crispy pork rice. The sauce is dark brown and delicious. And let me whisper that the crispy pork is the best. The skin is very crispy.
