They make bread using Hakkaisan's brewing water and natural yeast! When I went in the morning, there were only a few types of bread that had been baked. They say that the most bread is lined up around noon, so I recommend going there at that time! The inside of the store was an open space with a beer brewery and a place to enjoy beer and bread.
