Spring Trip to the USA: Castle Park

The first building is The South Redoubt, which was the main entrance to the defensive fortress at the time. The South Redoubt has three floors, with a guard room on the second floor and cannons on the third floor that overlook the entire castle. During the visit, an actor soldier took the time to tell us a short story about an event at Niagara Castle and introduced the gun he was holding. He even fired a shot for us to see, which was my first time seeing a gun spark up close!
