The tour starts at 8:15 AM and ends at 5 PM, giving you a full day to enjoy the stunning surroundings! 😅 The entire tour is conducted in English. While I couldn’t catch all the details, understanding key words like "paddle" and "move forward" was enough to get by! They provide professional gear on-site, and for women, wearing a tank top and underwear as a base layer works perfectly. Pro tip: bring an extra pair of socks, or you’ll regret it when wearing shoes on the way back with wet feet! 🚣 The itinerary is super rich: first, a thrilling jet boat ride to kick things off, followed by the challenge of paddling a kayak 🚣‍♂️. It looks easy but is actually quite demanding, especially as you learn to navigate with the water flow! There’s also a segment of water trekking, where the icy river water will leave your feet numb❄️. Lunch is a simple packed meal, just enough to recharge. The most fun part?
