Banqiao Queue Bakery-Rice Bun

#BanqiaoFood #RiceBread White toast and several types of sweet bread are baked starting at 2pm every day, and everyone comes for the signature Scallion Pork Buns! Yesterday, I came after class at 16:30, and there was only a little sweet bread left. I arrived 15 minutes early today. I was told at 15:15 that it would be ready at 15:40. There were 3 people in front of me in line. Luckily, I was one of the first to buy it. One piece of scallion fat costs 35, it is indeed delicious, but not amazing, the bread is soft (oily), the chopped scallion is very fragrant but tastes a bit salty Other sweet breads are also delicious. The service is very friendly. Only one group of guests is allowed in at a time, and the food is made upon ordering, so the queue is longer!
