September 2, 2023. - No English skills - No passport - No experience traveling abroad In this situation, an old man who is about to turn 40 decided to take on a solo trip abroad. "If I keep on being vague like this, I'll die first." There was a moment when I suddenly thought this. So, even though I didn't have a passport, I bought an airplane ticket on impulse. Once the "butt" was decided, all that was left was to prepare. The preparation period was about three months. After applying for a passport, applying for an international driver's license, applying for an electronic visa, arranging a rental Harley to ride around the country, etc., time passed in the blink of an eye... The days I spent so absent-mindedly became extremely short and exciting. And the biggest challenge for company employees is securing time off and applying for paid leave. I think this is the biggest obstacle for company employees. "If I apply, they might say something," or "It will be a nuisance to everyone..." But it's not like the company, your boss, or your colleagues will support you in life. I thought that if I had many different experiences in life and could use those experiences in many different things, I would be able to support myself. It's the same with work. Work is also a part of your life, so there will always be a time when it connects somewhere. And the number of days allowed was two nights and four days. I put on my riding boots so I could ride my motorcycle as soon as I got there and tried to board the plane, but I was taken to a separate room just before boarding... I was excited and lined up at the front, but for some reason I boarded last. It's a good memory now. I became friends with the person sitting next to me on the plane and exchanged Instagram accounts. "So this is what solo travel is like..." It was a deeply moving moment.
