If you encounter the 3-year Seto International Art Festival, Naoshima will also be filled with art installations, and you can visit to enhance the cultural atmosphere🤪 Speaking of Naoshima, the key attractions are the Chichu Art Museum, one of Tadao Ando's masterpieces, and the adjacent hotel Benesse house. We specially booked a one-night stay. The Benesse house can be divided into two parts: the art gallery and the guest room, which can be further divided into oval, museum, park and beach. Oval and Museum have the fewest and more sought-after rooms, as the oval open-air space outside the Oval and Museum rooms is the biggest feature of the hotel. The only reason for the hotel is due to the remote location, we need to take a special bus from the pier over, if the walk takes more than half an hour. So we had dinner at the hotel, and there was only one to choose from, which needed to arrive by appointment. Dinner is Western food, attractive and exquisite appearance, good taste, I heard that the seasonal county ingredients, so must be fresh. The second breakfast was a buffet, mainly Western, with many choices and good taste, the window seat of the restaurant overlooking the Seto Sea. It is recommended to take time to visit the art gallery section, the art exhibits come from different countries, there are many photo spots, you can slowly stroll and feel the art atmosphere. It is worth staying overnight to visit other art exhibits in Naoshima on the first day and stay at the Dichu Art Gallery and benesse house on the second day.
