|New family-friendly landmark! Giraffes are coming soon! A new family-friendly park opened before the Spring Festival in the mountains of Nanzhao, near Nanyang! We took the kids there on a sunny day. As it had just opened, there were no crowds, and the kids had a great time driving go-karts around the track. How was the experience? As it was cold, the giraffes will not arrive until spring. Although the park is decorated with giraffe ornaments, there are no real giraffes. However, the tickets are buy one get one free, so we can visit again for free when the giraffes arrive. As the park had just opened, some facilities were not yet complete, and there were not many animals in the petting zoo. The park could have more rides. The kids had a great time. They drove go-karts around the long, exciting track many times. The 5D movie was also interesting. It was about the history of Nanyang and lasted about 10 minutes. The Sky Mirror was beautiful and a great place to take photos. The kids also spent a long time in the non-powered park. The hotel and restaurant were also worth mentioning. The hotel was beautiful, but we did not stay there. The restaurant was large and served a buffet. The buffet cost CNY 28 or CNY 38. We arrived late, so we ordered from the menu. The food was good.
