The 600-Year-Old City Wall Still Stands

History: "The largest city wall in the world is in Nanjing. The wall is over 32km long. It was built to defend the city against coastal pirates. The construction of the wall required the labor of 200,000 workers over 21 years to complete. This city was laid out in much the same pattern as Beijing; indeed Nanjing’s was the pattern for Beijing’s Forbidden City". Now I'm sharing you the beautiful views from the top of the wall.
