Live in a Tulou (土楼), an old Chinese-style apartment!! Tapha Village, Nanjing, Fujian Province

2018.12.14 #Xiamen ( #厦门 / #xiamen ) Travel The main reason I visited Xiamen was to see the tulou in the #Fujian ( #福建 ) #Nanjing ( #南靖 ) region. I took the high-speed train from Xiamen Station to Nanjing Station for 40 minutes, then rented a taxi from there and arrived at #Tapha Village ( #塔下村 ) for about 3 hours. I unpacked at Weiqunlou #围裙楼 , a lodging facility using an old tulou. I was tired from the long and arduous journey and wanted to rest for a while, but I was in trouble because there was no heating system. Thanks to the electric blanket the landlord brought, I was able to sleep very soundly for about an hour. When I opened my eyes again, darkness had fallen on the village, and the red lanterns somehow created a mysterious atmosphere.
