Community homestay by Ban Pa Laew Luang villagers

Jungle Fowl Camp Homestay I wondered why it was named this. Finally, I got the answer after experiencing the atmosphere at the homestay for 1 night. Nature surrounds us. Trees, mountains, fog, and wild chickens come out to show themselves. And that is the origin of the name Jungle Fowl Camp. This homestay was created from the passion of "Phi Kem" who brought the villagers of Pa Laew Luang Subdistrict to help make "pin to sum" as food for the guests, giving everyone a job and income. Phi Kem is a young man who intends to return home to develop the community by starting from promoting organic vegetable farming for the villagers and creating a market for selling to the community. And promoting the sale of food cooked from the vegetables grown until the Bamboo Seed restaurant was born to welcome tourists as well. Food "Pin To Sum" In the morning, each villager will prepare a menu that day. They will collect it, put it in a lunchbox and send it up for us to eat. We will never know what the menu will be that day. But the food will definitely be local food, such as Nam Phrik Ong, Tam Makua, Gaeng Pak Kad, Larb Pla Duk, Gaeng Hed Lom, Tom Yum Hed Fang, eaten with sticky rice or Khao Ngoo Nga, it's really delicious. At night, it's the highlight. We get to lay down a mat and watch the stars shine brightly across the sky. Some days, friends might be lucky enough to see a meteor shower running back and forth. I prayed, "I want to freeze time here for many more nights." The air at night is cool and comfortable. I slept all night until morning. When I woke up, I couldn't believe my eyes. What I used to see was a valley as far as the eye could see, but now it's covered in fog. It's an image that made me unknowingly grab my camera and take pictures to keep as a memory. I sat and watched the sea of fog until the sun started to move above the horizon. The sound of chickens crowing greeted the bright new morning. Mr. Kem prepared the drip coffee equipment and taught us how to make it, so we could do it ourselves. The coffee tasted refreshing and delicious because of our skill or the quality of the coffee beans. I don't know. For those who want to travel with the admin, here are some brief details.
