I usually have hot or cold soba when I come here, but this time I ordered bibim cold soba. It's made of buckwheat, so it's much easier to digest than wheat noodles, and it's also good for dieting. I also ordered buckwheat vegetable pancakes this time. The pancakes were chewy and delicious.
